My roommate and I were lying in our beds, on our computers, her, readingblogsandgiggling, me, fallingasleeptoGilmoreGirls. When I asked her what she was laughing about, she read to me from her latest favorite blog "Jamie, The Very Worst Missionary." I was hooked.
Jamie is a missionary in Costa Rica, and she is my inspiration for this blog. She is honest, raw, and unafraid. She does not hold back.......and I like it. I want to be the same way. Unabashed, courageous, and willing to share how screwed up (read: redeemed) I am with the world.

I am no theologian, or scholar. I am not someone who has profound things to say or insights into things you may never have thought of. I have nothing new to offer you. All that I have, is the new name God has given me: Redeemed.
